For example, L-arginine may have unnecessary effects on cholesterol-lowering agents and insulin. It may increase the effects of nitric oxide donors, such as isosorbide mononitrate, sodium nitroprusside and glyceryl trinitrate. L-arginine has several side effects: nausea and bitter taste, diarrhea. This compound has an ability to dilate blood vessels, so it is prohibited to people with low blood pressure. High concentrations of nitric oxide caused by L-arginine can be toxic to brain.

The manufacturer says that the user has to follow the product's directions and take two capsules a day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
